Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, market research, prospecting, and outreach through platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels, preferably within the IT and software services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
- Identify target companies, industries, decision-makers, and potential clients for IT services and software solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities.
- Build and maintain accurate databases of prospective clients, including contact details, company information, and decision-maker profiles.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, IndiaMART, CRM systems, and other lead-generation tools to identify prospects.
- Execute outbound email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up activities to generate interest and sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, company size, and potential project opportunities.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, IT Managers, founders, and business owners.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to share qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Maintain lead databases, campaign records,



and activity reports in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Monitor campaign performance, response rates, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation targets and continuously improve prospecting strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or B2B business development.
- Experience in the IT services, software development, SaaS, or technology industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, cold calling, and online research.
- Hands-on experience with lead-generation tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, IndiaMART, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data research, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify relevant prospects and maintain accurate lead databases.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Number of leads generated per month.
- Number of qualified leads delivered to the sales team.
- Accuracy and completeness of lead databases.
- Email open rates, response rates, and prospect engagement.
- Number of qualified meetings or appointments scheduled.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- Achievement of monthly lead-generation targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
