Job Description – Store Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure proper inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Management: Achieve monthly sales targets, monitor daily sales, and improve store performance.
- Staff Management: Supervise employees, manage attendance, assign duties, and monitor individual performance.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct stock audits, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment.
- Store Operations: Ensure store cleanliness, product displays, billing accuracy, and operational discipline.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Reporting: Submit daily sales, staff performance, stock, cash flow, and weekly store reports.
- Expense Control:



Monitor store expenses and minimise operational losses.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and sales management.
- Basic Excel and computer skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Staff productivity.
- Stock accuracy and availability.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Store discipline and reporting accuracy.

Reporting To: General Manager / Head Office

Primary Objective: Ensure the store operates profitably with robust sales, efficient staff management, proper stock control, and excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
