Job Description – Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to enter, update, verify, and maintain company data accurately. The candidate will support daily data management, documentation, report preparation, and record maintenance to ensure data accuracy and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in Excel, ERP software, and company databases.
- Maintain daily records related to stock, production, inventory, and business transactions.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and organize records for easy retrieval.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with MIS, Production, Accounts, and other departments to collect and verify information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.




- Complete assigned tasks and reports within specified timelines.
- Support the MIS team in data compilation, reconciliation, and report preparation.

Required Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and email.
- Attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
- Candidates with a diploma or certification in computer applications may also apply.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, MIS, back-office operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good computer skills and Excel knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
