Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in Domain Separation, ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in managed services or multi-tenant environments, with the ability to develop, customize, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in domain-separated and multi-tenant environments.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Case Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Manage platform upgrades, plugin maintenance, and upgrade impact analysis.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
- Build complex workflows and automate business processes using Flow Designer, custom actions, and sub-flows.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and JavaScript-based solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, including scoped applications, update sets, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts,



and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation and multi-tenant environments.
- Deep understanding of ITSM and CSM modules.
- Strong experience with Flow Designer, custom actions, and sub-flows.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
- Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript and Glide API.
- Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and server-side/client-side scripting.
- Experience with platform upgrades, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security, performance optimization, and development best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- CSM, TPSM, or Integration-related certifications.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrade planning.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
