Position: ELV Technician
Location: Ernakulam & Thrissur

Savix IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and responsible ELV Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV and IT infrastructure systems.

Job Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, analog cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Install and maintain Access Control and Attendance Management Systems.
- Perform installation and troubleshooting of Intrusion Alarm Systems.
- Assist with Gate Automation and Home Automation system installations.
- Carry out structured cabling, including CAT6 cable laying, termination, RJ45 crimping, patch panel termination, and rack dressing.
- Install and troubleshoot basic networking equipment such as switches, PoE switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer locations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits for installed systems.
- Replace and upgrade faulty or outdated equipment when required.
- Perform testing and ensure proper functioning of installed systems before project handover.
- Prepare and submit service reports and installation completion details.
- Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain proper care of company tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional conduct at customer sites.
- Identify additional customer requirements and report potential business opportunities to the concerned team.

Qualification

10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma

Candidates with a background in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, Computer Hardware, or related technical fields will be preferred.

Experience





- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in CCTV, ELV, networking, or structured cabling.
- Candidates with experience in multiple ELV systems will be preferred.
