We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting residential properties, generating leads, interacting with potential customers, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, social media, references, and other sources.
- Promote and sell residential apartments and real estate projects.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Arrange property site visits and accompany prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and help close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.
- Customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.

- Any Degree / Intermediate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experienced candidates in real estate sales will be preferred.
