Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with prospective customers, explaining real estate projects, arranging site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential customer leads through various marketing activities.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain the company's real estate projects, including villas, plots, pricing, and project amenities.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and investment budgets.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate and schedule customer site visits.
- Assist customers during site visits and provide basic project information.
- Maintain customer details, lead records, and follow-up updates in CRM software.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert potential leads into customers.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for property site visits and marketing activities.
