ISureMedia is looking for a skilled and results-driven Appointment Setter to engage with prospective clients in the Canadian market. The role involves outbound communication, prospect engagement, follow-ups, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi, English, and Punjabi to facilitate effective conversations with prospects. Candidates with experience in international appointment setting, particularly in the Canadian market, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and assess their interest in the company’s services.
- Identify relevant decision-makers and establish initial business relationships.
- Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team based on prospect interest and business requirements.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain prospect engagement, confirm scheduled meetings, and minimize appointment cancellations.
- Handle initial queries and objections professionally to encourage prospects to move forward with a meeting.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM system.




- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets related to outbound calling, follow-ups, and qualified appointments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and a smooth handover of scheduled meetings.
- Maintain professional communication with international prospects, with a primary focus on the Canadian market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Punjabi, with strong verbal communication and conversational skills.
- Prior experience communicating with Canadian clients or handling the Canadian market will be highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in cold calling, prospect engagement, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work the Canadian shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
