GTM Engineer – Clay & AI Outbound (Freelance, Remote, India)

About us

We're an early-stage B2B SaaS team building AI tools for private healthcare clinics in the GCC, starting with the UAE. Our customers are clinic owners, marketing managers and operations heads. We're now building an outbound engine from scratch and want a hands-on builder to own it.

What you'll do

⁠1. ⁠Build and maintain prospect lists in Clay and/or Apollo: clinics, clinic groups, healthcare agencies, EMR vendors and consultants across the India, the UAE, and the GCC

⁠ ⁠2. Set up enrichment and verification so emails and numbers are accurate

⁠ ⁠3. Use AI (Claude/ChatGPT) to research each account and write personalised first lines

⁠ ⁠4. Build and run email sequences in Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist, including follow-ups and reply handling

⁠ ⁠5. Set up and protect sending domains and deliverability

⁠ 6. ⁠Track results (opens, replies, meetings booked) and share a simple weekly report

⁠ 7. ⁠Hand qualified replies to our appointment setters

What we're looking for

⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Clay or Apollo (show us a table or workflow you built)

⁠ ⁠2. Experience running cold email at volume with good deliverability

⁠ ⁠3. Comfortable using AI tools to research and personalise at scale

⁠ ⁠4. Clear written English

⁠ ⁠Bonus: B2B SaaS or healthcare outreach, GCC/Middle East markets, HubSpot or Zoho CRM, basic scripting (Python or JS)

Engagement

⁠ ⁠Freelance, fully remote

⁠ ⁠Part-time to start (approx. [X] hours/week), with room to grow

⁠ ⁠1-month paid pilot, then ongoing

⁠ ⁠Pay: [monthly retainer] + performance bonus on meetings booked
