Location: Panchkula Sector 9

Experience: 2–5 years (Healthcare experience preferred)

Qualification: Graduate in any field or Postgraduate - MBA in Hospital Administration or Marketing preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily centre operations and patient registration.
- Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievances.
- Coordinate with doctors and paramedical staff.
- Maintain patient records, data entry, billing, and Ayushman Portal activities.
- Manage staff coordination, duty rosters, and grievances.
- Ensure quality standards and smooth service delivery.
- Support patient acquisition and centre growth.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Soft-spoken, responsible, and patient-friendly.
- Basic computer and data management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to relocate.

Salary: As per experience and assessment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
