About the Role

Banttech is looking for an experienced Laravel Developer with strong backend development skills and practical experience in building complex web applications.

We are working on multiple projects, including POS & ERP Systems, Inventory Management, Job Work Management, LMS Platforms, E-commerce Applications, and OTT Platforms.

We need a skilled developer who can independently handle development tasks, understand complex business requirements, write clean and scalable code, and take ownership of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP.
- Design and develop REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Work with MySQL databases, including database design and query optimization.
- Develop complex business logic and application workflows.
- Handle authentication, user roles, permissions, and security.
- Work on ERP, POS, Inventory, Job Work, LMS, E-commerce, and OTT projects.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and improve application performance.
- Manage code using Git and GitHub.
- Handle application deployment and basic server configuration.




- Coordinate with frontend developers and other team members.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP.
- Robust knowledge of MySQL and database management.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Basic knowledge of Linux servers and application deployment.
- Ability to understand complex requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent working ability.
