Job description:
A Broadband Recovery Executive is a field-operations role responsible for collecting company-owned hardware—such as Wi-Fi routers, optical network terminals (ONTs), modems, and set-top boxes—from customers whose broadband services have been disconnected or terminated
Key Responsibilities
- Field Visits: Travel to customer locations to retrieve broadband equipment.
- Customer Coordination: Contact disconnected customers, schedule convenient pickup times, and handle service inquiries professionally.
- Asset Tracking & Inspection: Inspect collected hardware for damage and maintain accurate logs of recovered assets.
