Job Summary

Panacorp is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to manage phone-based sales activities, nurture prospective clients, and generate revenue through effective customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries and outbound sales calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain prospect databases.
- Explain service benefits, pricing, and process details.
- Handle customer objections and support sales closures.
- Maintain daily call reports and sales pipeline records.
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue goals.




- Coordinate with the team to ensure proper follow-up and customer support.

Requirements

- Any bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or telesales preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to persuade prospects and close sales.
- Good follow-up, time-management, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
