Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in UPS and Stabilizer sales to develop business opportunities, handle B2B clients, and achieve sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current B2B business opportunities through field sales.
- Promote and sell UPS systems, stabilizers, and related electrical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and business meetings.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer databases.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 2–6 years of experience in UPS / Stabilizer sales.
- Strong experience in B2B field sales and client acquisition.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
