- Must have tank drawing experience
- Drafting & Modeling: Prepare detailed 2D production drawings, assembly drawings, section views, and 3D models of mechanical components, machinery, or structural fabrications.
- Standards Compliance: Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;), limit fits, and surface finish symbols according to industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, IS).
- BOM Generation: Create and maintain comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM), including part names, quantities, material specifications, and hardware.
- Design Modification: Revise existing drawings based on Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) or feedback from the production floor and clients.
- Site Measurement: Visit the shop floor or project sites to take manual measurements of existing equipment for reverse engineering or retrofitting layouts.
- Data Management: Organize, update, and archive drawing files in Product Data Management (PDM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
