Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop current business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Meet prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Achieve business development and sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain client records and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Kolkata market will be an advantage.
- Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
