Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Interns to support our sales and business development activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to real estate sales, property marketing, lead generation, customer relationship management, site visits, and property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Marketing

- Identify potential customers interested in residential plots, apartments, villas, and commercial properties.
- Generate leads through social media, telecalling, references, and networking.
- Promote real estate projects through digital and offline marketing.

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Schedule customer meetings and property site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

3. Sales & Business Development

- Assist the sales team in converting property enquiries into bookings.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and real estate events.
- Develop referral networks among friends, professionals, alumni, and corporate employees.

4. Market Research





- Research Hyderabad real estate markets and emerging investment locations.
- Compare property prices, competitors, and project offerings.
- Understand HMDA, RERA, and basic real estate documentation.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain lead databases and daily activity reports.
- Update CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with sales managers and channel partners.

Eligibility & Skills

- Pursuing or completed a degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or any relevant discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and social media.
- Willingness to participate in customer meetings and site visits.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
