About the Role

Tathvik Siksha Private Limited – ScholarCo India is looking for passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable online teachers to provide quality education to students following CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE curricula.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online classes for school students.
- Explain concepts clearly according to the relevant curriculum and students' learning levels.
- Prepare lessons and teaching materials as required.
- Use digital whiteboards and online teaching tools to explain concepts effectively.
- Assess students' understanding and provide guidance to improve their academic performance.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure consistent class delivery.
- Communicate effectively with students and coordinate regarding their learning progress.

Requirements

- Robust subject knowledge in the relevant teaching subject.
- Good proficiency in English is essential, including for candidates teaching Malayalam.
- Good verbal communication and explanation skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive and engaging online classes.
- A laptop or desktop computer.
- A stable,



high-speed internet connection.
- A pen tablet for explaining concepts and writing on a digital whiteboard.
- Basic familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- A quiet and suitable environment for conducting online classes.

Educational Qualification

- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in the relevant subject is preferred.
- B.Ed. or other relevant teaching qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
