Job Title: Backup Dance Instructor – School & Events

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and flexible Backup Dance Instructor to support our regular dance trainers across various schools and events in Bangalore. The candidate must be willing to travel to different school locations and step in whenever a regular trainer is unavailable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Report to the ASDA office daily between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Attend school dance classes whenever a regular trainer is absent or unavailable.
- Conduct dance sessions for students across different schools in Bangalore.
- Support dance training requirements for school events, annual days, and other performances.
- Assist in choreography and prepare students for school events and performances.
- Adapt to different school schedules and dance requirements as assigned.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding daily assignments and class schedules.
- Ensure punctuality and maintain professional conduct at all school locations.




- Be available for last-minute assignments and emergency trainer replacements.
- Maintain consistent teaching quality and ensure smooth execution of assigned classes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dance teaching or choreography.
- Knowledge of various dance styles, including Western, Bollywood, Freestyle, and other dance forms.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel across Bangalore.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and adaptable to changing schedules.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Immediate availability or willingness to join at short notice is preferred.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Daily office reporting required)

Work Location: ASDA Office and various schools/event venues across Bangalore.

Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
