Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling recent and pre-owned vehicles, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to customer enquiries and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, telecalling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, documentation,



and delivery teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and a smooth vehicle delivery process.
- Maintain customer records and regularly update sales reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automobile sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of automobile products, features, and market trends.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- 4 wheeler license (Preferred)
