About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong hands-on experience in AEM 6.x, Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, HTL/Sightly, and AEM component development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable content management solutions and reusable AEM components while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain reusable AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Design and implement scalable content management solutions using AEM.
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and customize AEM applications using Java, OSGi, Sling, and HTL/Sightly.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, designers, and other technical teams.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance-related issues.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Ensure quality, performance, security, and timely delivery of solutions.

- Good understanding of Java/J2EE and AEM architecture.
- Experience developing custom components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Experience mentoring junior team members is preferred.
