Job Description – CNC Operator

Location: Attibele, Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding (Studer) machines.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, offset corrections, and CNC program adjustments.
- Read engineering drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve productivity and cycle time.
- Achieve production targets while following 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and safety standards.
- Maintain production records and coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, machine controls, tooling,



and GD&T.;
- Proficiency in Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and other measuring instruments.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Relevant CNC machining experience preferred.

Salary: ₹3.0–5.0 LPA, based on experience.
