Key Responsibilities
• Plan and run daily production to meet output and delivery targets
• Lead shop-floor supervisors and teams and allocate work across shifts
• Track quality, wastage and machine utilisation and fix recurring issues
• Coordinate with purchase, vendors and dispatch to keep material moving
• Report operations performance to management and drive process improvements What You Bring
• Any graduate degree
• Around 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Strong people-management and planning skills

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
