Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will serve as a key technical and functional bridge between business stakeholders and the ERP system. The position focuses on optimizing core financial and supply chain processes, ensuring seamless implementation of global standards, and driving the successful deployment of complex enterprise solutions. This role is critical for maintaining system integrity, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic business objectives through expert configuration and analysis.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end configuration and management of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycles within the Oracle EBS environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document exact business requirements, translating them into comprehensive Functional Specification Documents.

- Oversee the creation of detailed Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) to ensure alignment between user needs and system capabilities.

- Execute rigorous system testing protocols, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution accuracy.





- Manage the technical and functional aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules to ensure financial data integrity.

- Drive the strategy and execution of E-Invoicing implementations, ensuring compliance with both Indian regulations and international standards.

- Provide expert functional guidance on Oracle EBS R12, troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows to support daily operations.

Requirements Requirements:

- Possess 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience specifically as an Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in the full lifecycle of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Proven ability to author high-quality Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents.

- Strong proficiency in conducting system testing phases and resolving functional defects.

- Solid background in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules within Oracle EBS.

- Experience in leading or supporting E-Invoicing projects for both domestic (India) and global markets.

- Must hold a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, up to ₹12 lpa.
