About the Opportunity

Himmel AI is hiring on behalf of its client, SSGG Invest, a growing boutique wealth advisory firm serving HNI and UHNI clients.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Manager / Service Relationship Manager to manage premium client relationships, coordinate service requests, and ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients.
- Handle client onboarding, documentation, queries, and service requests.
- Coordinate KYC, investment transactions, redemptions, SIPs, and account updates.
- Maintain regular communication and provide timely client updates.
- Support client reviews and identify potential referral opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely resolution of client requests.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 1–6 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or back-office roles.
- Hands-on experience handling HNI/UHNI or premium client documentation.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRMs, and online platforms.
- Interest in personal finance and investment services.
