Career Development Plan

- 1st year: INR 50Kper month while learning and gaining experience in QC.

- 2nd year: INR 70K per month with further development in QC.

- After 3 years: INR 1.16L per month in a Senior Purchasing position with greater responsibility and management duties.

- Basic / Good knowledge of MS Excel

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams regarding orders and requirements

- Assist with supplier communication, follow-ups, and order coordination

- Maintain and update purchasing, supplier, and order-related information in MS Excel

- Support the team with quality control and quality inspection activities when required

- Coordinate with leather tanneries, suppliers, and production locations

- Assist in identifying and reporting quality issues, product discrepancies, or supplier-related concerns

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders, quality requirements, and deadlines are met

- Support documentation and administrative tas
