Job Description

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of modern machine learning techniques and robust software engineering, taking solutions from conceptual exploratory analysis to scalable, low-latency deployment in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Model Design & Implementation: Develop predictive, analytical, and generative AI models tailored to product goals and business operations.

- Up-to-date AI Workflows: Build and optimize applications leveraging modern LLM architectures, fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- End-to-End MLOps: Set up automated CI/CD workflows for data ingestion,



feature extraction, continuous training, model versioning, testing, and deployment.

- Production Deployment: Wrap and expose models as high-throughput, low-latency microservices and REST/gRPC APIs using frameworks like FastAPI.

- Model Evaluation & Observability: Track, audit, and benchmark model inference accuracy, drift (data/concept), latency, and infrastructure cost in live production environments.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data engineers, and backend teams to integrate intelligent services smoothly into existing software platforms.
