Requirements

- Experienced AWS Dev Ops skilled with strong technical leadership and Agile/Scrum management capabilities to design, build, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure while driving efficient Agile delivery.

- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform or Cloud Formation.

- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cloud security, and infrastructure reliability.

- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Python or Bash scripting.





- Provide technical leadership by driving architecture decisions, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and ensuring engineering best practices.

- Perform Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and removing team blockers.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to manage and prioritize backlogs and ensure successful sprint delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency.

- Exposure to AI/ML workloads, MLOps pipelines, Amazon Sage Maker, or Amazon Bedrock is preferred.
