We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade ML models and pipelines. In this role, you will bridge the gap between machine learning research and scalable software engineering, taking complex problems from prototype to reliable, low-latency production deployments.

- End-to-End ML Development: Architect, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to address core business use cases.

- MLOps & Productionization: Build, maintain, and scale CI/CD pipelines for ML (model training, evaluation, validation, versioning, and continuous deployment).

- Data Pipelines: Collaborate with data engineers to design robust, clean data processing pipelines, feature stores,



and ingestion workflows.

- Model Monitoring & Maintenance: Set up automated monitoring for model performance, drift (data and concept drift), latency, and cost in production.

- Architecture & Scalability: Optimize inference pipelines for low latency and high throughput using model compression, quantization, caching, and distributed inference techniques.

- Mentorship & Best Practices: Promote engineering rigor across the team-including comprehensive test coverage, code reviews, reproducible experiments, and clean documentation.
