Role Summary We are seeking highly skilled application developers to support and enhance our Healthcare clients enterprise applications ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, support teams, and QA teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions while ensuring adherence to healthcare industry standards. Support and enhance Siebel CRM applications used for customer, provider, and operational workflows. The role involves configuration, customization, integration, and production support activities. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Siebel applications. Develop workflows, business services, and integration interfaces. Troubleshoot application issues and support releases. Perform root cause analysis for production incidents. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements. Support system upgrades and enhancement initiatives. Maintain technical artifacts and design documents. Requirements
Basic Qualifications & Interests (BQIs) Education & Experience Type of Experience* Key Primary Skills • Participates actively in the design, architecture and build phases, to aim at producing high quality deliverables, working with existing architects where appropriate. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline • 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in master data management, data architecture, data engineering, data governance, or a closely related discipline • Experience with master data domains, stewardship workflows, business rules, metadata, data quality, lifecycle controls, and governance • Experience leading complex master data initiatives and influencing decisions without direct authority • Experience collaborating across business and technology teams • Robust analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs) • Master's degree in a related technical or business field is preferred • Advanced knowledge of MDM platforms, data architecture, integration, metadata, data quality, and governance • Experience with enterprise-scale cloud, data, retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or customer technology environments • Experience working with global teams, managed service partners, or distributed delivery models • Relevant data management, governance, quality, cloud, security, or technology certifications are preferred
