Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Requirement
- 1–3 years of experience in US International Voice Process with Sales
- Strong sales and customer handling skills
- Excellent English verbal communication is mandatory
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries effectively
- Promote and guide customers on company products/services
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Work towards achieving sales and performance targets
- Learn and efficiently use company tools and applications
