We’re seeking an experienced procurement qualified with strong sourcing, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

Procure raw materials, components, and services as per company requirements.

Identify and evaluate reliable, cost effective suppliers.

Manage purchase orders, inventory tracking, and reporting through ERP systems.

Maintain vendor relationships, purchase records, and supplier agreements.

Identify cost saving opportunities and manage supply chain risks.

Support budget planning and improve procurement processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant purchasing experience in pharmaceutical machinery or machine manufacturing.

Familiarity with import and export documentation, procurement policies, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
