Experience:
15–20 years Industry: Star-rated Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants and Hospitality Chains Role OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished hospitality professional to lead the operations, profitability and growth of our hospitality businesses. The COO will work closely with the Group leadership to develop business strategy, strengthen operational performance, maintain exceptional guest experiences and drive expansion. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing star-rated hotels, resorts and restaurants, including substantial responsibility at a senior leadership level. Experience overseeing multiple properties, outlets or hospitality chains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall operations and business performance across the hospitality portfolio.
• Take ownership of profit and loss, annual budgets, revenue targets, operating margins and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee rooms, food and beverage, restaurant operations, banqueting, housekeeping, engineering and guest services, as applicable.
• Establish consistent operating procedures, service standards and performance benchmarks across properties and outlets.
• Drive revenue through effective pricing, occupancy management, restaurant sales, events and coordination with sales and marketing teams.
• Review property and outlet performance, identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Lead expansion, feasibility assessments, pre-opening activities, new property launches and operational integration.
• Recruit, mentor and lead general managers,



property heads and functional leaders; build accountability and succession plans.
• Strengthen procurement, inventory control, vendor management and manpower productivity.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve recurring service issues and protect brand reputation.
• Oversee maintenance, refurbishment and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable licensing, statutory, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Present business performance, risks and strategic recommendations to the Group leadership. Candidate Profile
• 15–20 years of progressive hospitality experience, with a robust track record in senior management or executive leadership.
• Proven experience managing star-rated hotels, resorts and restaurants.
• Experience managing multiple outlets, properties or hospitality chains is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated responsibility for business profitability, budgeting and commercial performance.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, food and beverage management, revenue management and guest service standards.
• Proven ability to lead large teams through general managers and departmental heads.
• Experience in expansion, pre-opening operations, business restructuring or turnaround assignments will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, commercial judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across operational locations. QualificationsDegree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
