Role Description The Ecommerce Coordinator Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves assisting with daily management of the online store, including product listings, inventory updates, and pricing accuracy across platforms. The intern will help track and analyze website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to support data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include coordinating online promotions,



supporting customer service for ecommerce queries, and working with sales and marketing teams to improve the overall online shopping experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate order processing workflows, monitoring logistics status, and contributing to content and communication that enhance customer engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a basic understanding of E-Commerce operations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and E-Commerce skills to support online revenue growth.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, ecommerce dashboards, and basic data analysis tools is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented approach, ability to manage multiple tasks, and interest in fashion, apparel, or direct-to-consumer brands are preferred.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
