We deliver residential, commercial, and office interior projects through design consultation, renovation, and turnkey execution, with a solid focus on quality and client satisfaction. Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in the interior design and fit-out industry to prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings for commercial and office interior projects. The candidate will work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements, technical standards, and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and working drawings. ● Develop architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD. ● Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and electrical drawings. ● Create detailed drawings based on design concepts, sketches, and site measurements. ● Coordinate with architects, interior designers,



and project execution teams. ● Incorporate revisions and modifications as per design requirements. ● Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned, and follow project specifications. ● Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions. ● Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation. ● Assist the execution team with technical clarifications and drawing-related queries. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Diploma or Degree in , Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. ● 1–2 years of relevant experience in the interior design and fit-out industry. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drafting. ● Understanding of interior fit-out drawings, construction details, dimensions, and specifications. ● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ● Good communication and coordination skills. ● Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills ● Experience in Residential, commercial office interiors and interior fit-out projects. ● Knowledge of site execution requirements and working drawings. ● Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or other design software will be an added advantage.
