We are hiring experienced Assistant Managers (AM) for Axis Max Life Insurance
The role involves managing existing customers, understanding their financial requirements, building strong relationships and generating business through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Customer leads/database will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers from the company-provided database.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings.
- Understand customer financial and insurance requirements.
- Cross-sell and up-sell suitable insurance products.
- Achieve monthly revenue and premium collection targets.
- Follow up for renewals and ensure customer retention.
- Resolve customer service requests effectively.
- Maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Maintain required customer and sales updates in the system.
Eligibility
- Graduate mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience.
- Experience in Insurance / Banking / Life Insurance / Broking or related BFSI sales.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Valuable communication and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- English and regional language proficiency preferred.
