• Senior Associate: 6–8 Years
• Manager: 8–10 Years

Location:
Bangalore
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3–4 days WFO per week)
• Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies to improve operational performance.
• Establish current-state baselines, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes.
• Leverage advanced analytics, process modelling, and workflow analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Drive data-driven recommendations to achieve financial, operational, and customer perks.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor service delivery, productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to risk management, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.




• Lead and guide process improvement initiatives while promoting operational excellence. Mandatory Skills &

Qualifications:
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Mandatory.
• 6–10 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, process modelling, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Visio, ARIS, Minitab, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership and drive business transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in International Banking, Financial Services, Transaction Banking, or Payments will be preferred. Ideal Candidate Profile: Professionals with strong process transformation experience, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and exposure to banking/financial services operations.
