Role Description The Foreign Language Instructor will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in one or more foreign languages, with a focus on Spanish and/or French, to school-age learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support language acquisition and cultural understanding.



The instructor will collaborate with school staff to integrate language learning with Sparkology’s broader technology-driven education initiatives and may contribute to co-curricular activities, language clubs, and events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, requiring consistent classroom presence and active participation in the school’s academic community. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong instructional skills in Teaching and Lesson Planning.
• Candidates should possess subject-specific expertise in Spanish Teaching and/or French Teaching.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear, student-centered interaction and collaboration with colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced certification or training in language teaching is an advantage.
• Prior experience teaching foreign languages in a school or institutional setting, preferably with learners at K–12 levels.
• Ability to create inclusive, culturally aware learning environments and adapt teaching methods for diverse learning needs.
• Comfort working in a technology-enhanced classroom and openness to integrating digital tools and resources into language instruction.
• Robust classroom management, organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
