Required Qualifications
• Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience as estimator/planning work in construction project.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience as estimator/planning work in construction project.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed BOQs,



quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for railway civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project, ensuring timely execution and achievement of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, and analyze planned vs. actual progress to identify delays and corrective actions.
• Manage project cost control, resource planning, subcontractor billing, variation analysis, and coordination with site teams, consultants, and clients.
