4–10 Years Employment Type: Full time Work Mode: As per client requirement Job Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, support and enhancement projects, with a good understanding of business finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Work on SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis.
• Handle end-to-end financial processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform SAP configuration, testing, issue resolution and production support.
• Work on integration with SAP MM, SD and other SAP modules.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.




• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios and user training materials. Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration.
• Expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.
• Good understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or support projects.
• Knowledge of integration between FICO and MM/SD.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
• Experience with Fiori applications and SAP migration activities.
• Exposure to GST, taxation and Indian statutory reporting.
• SAP certification will be an added advantage. Education Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline. CA, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
