KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Store Design & Planning
• Design and develop retail store layouts and concepts
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare detailed MEP designs
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and customer experience
• Work on space planning, fixtures, and visual merchandising alignment 2. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Coordinate with internal teams (projects, operations, marketing)
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources 3. Quality & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to design standards, safety norms, and quality benchmark.
• Monitor finishing, materials, and overall store aesthetics
• Maintain consistency across all store formats 4.
Project Management & Reporting
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables




• Maintain documentation and reports for ongoing projects
• Handle multiple store projects simultaneously across regions REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Solid expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Illustrator
• Good understanding of retail store design and execution
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Attention to detail with a strong design sense
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
• Problem-solving mindset with on-ground decision-making ability
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills QUALIFICATIONS &

EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 1.5 + years of experience in retail/store design projects
• Experience in handling multiple store rollouts preferred
