- Full time Graduates

Experience:
4-8 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Shift Timings: Night Shift 9:30 PM to 6:45 AM (5 days WFO) Job Level: 4B/4A Designation: Team Lead/Assistant Manager Note: Team Leading experience mandatory at least 2 years.

Key responsibilities
• Investigate pipeline, entity, model-portfolio and security-setup exceptions.
• Validate loan/credit trades against source documents and coordinate confirmations, assignment agreements and pricing letters with counterparties and Agent Banks.




• Process complex loan events, restructures, structured-credit waterfalls, financing transactions, interest/principal adjustments and royalty-related bookings.
• Reconcile capital calls, distributions, fund commitments and GP statements.
• Investigate performance/management-fee variances and support instrument-specific valuations and quarterly change reporting.
• Coach junior analysts and improve procedures, controls and exception-routing. Domain knowledge and systems:
• Robust knowledge of LMA/LSTA-style settlement documentation, loan servicing, structured credit and credit-fund accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Sentry, ClearPar, SCD/SimCorp, Kroll, Bloomberg/Markit, ticketing and UDAs. Documents to Carry:
• Carry 2 printouts your updated resume.
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents needs to be available for verification.(10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree) Pointers to note:
