Role Description The Sr. Wealth Manager will work in office in Lucknow in a full-time capacity, providing end-to-end wealth management advisory to a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include assessing client financial goals, developing comprehensive financial plans, and recommending suitable investment, insurance, and risk management solutions. The role involves ongoing portfolio review, performance monitoring, and rebalancing to align with changing market conditions and client needs. The Sr. Wealth Manager will also be responsible for client onboarding, relationship management,



and ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are consistently met. Collaboration with internal product, research, and operations teams is expected to deliver high-quality, timely service. Qualifications
• Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to design holistic, goal-based strategies.
• Expertise in Investment Management and Investments for portfolio construction and asset allocation.
• Knowledge of Insurance products to support risk management and protection planning.
• Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, interpret financial data, and make informed recommendations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
