Minus30 Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive HORECA sales and expand our Ice Cream & Frozen Desserts business in Delhi. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Drive HORECA sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Acquire new customers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, QSRs, caterers, and cloud kitchens.
• Develop and manage relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B; managers, and business owners.
• Expand market presence and product distribution across the assigned territory.
• Promote ice cream and frozen dessert products through sampling, product presentations, and menu placements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and customer visit plans.
• Manage key accounts, revenue, outstanding payments, and timely collections.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for product availability and timely deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and business development pipelines.

Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in FMCG Sales, preferably in the HORECA channel.




• Strong understanding of HORECA and institutional sales.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and sales target achievement.
• Strong network of hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional customers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in territory management, sales forecasting, and market development.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
