Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Senior Engineer – Civil based in Hyderabad. The Senior Engineer – Civil will oversee civil engineering design for residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and approving design drawings, coordinating with architects, MEP teams, and contractors, and supervising site execution to maintain quality, timelines, and budgets. The role involves planning and monitoring construction activities, managing stormwater and drainage systems, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical issues. The Senior Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, prepare progress reports,



and support project documentation and approvals with local authorities. Qualifications
• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, including structural analysis, site development, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Experience working with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams, with the ability to coordinate across design, site, and management functions.
• Strong Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and construction sequencing, with a focus on cost and time optimization.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure to ensure safe and sustainable site layouts.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Several years of experience (typically 7+ years) in building or infrastructure projects, preferably in residential or mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar), and familiarity with MS Office tools for reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities, with experience supervising site teams and contractors.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards, and approval processes applicable to projects in Hyderabad.
