Role Description The Senior Vice President Business Operations will lead end-to-end business and operational strategy for HPIPL, ensuring effective execution across manufacturing, installation, service, and corporate functions. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves overseeing business operations, optimizing processes, driving performance metrics, and aligning operational plans with the company’s growth and sustainability goals. The role includes managing cross-functional teams, guiding program and project execution, and collaborating closely with finance, sales, engineering, and customer service to improve profitability and service quality. The Senior Vice President will also be responsible for establishing governance frameworks,



implementing operational best practices, monitoring risk, and supporting strategic initiatives for nationwide and international projects. Regular responsibilities include reviewing operational data, leading leadership meetings, mentoring senior managers, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Qualifications
• Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to lead complex, multi-site activities and optimize organizational performance.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret operational and financial data, drive data-informed decisions, and track key performance indicators.
• Proven Program Management experience in overseeing large-scale initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Solid Finance skills to collaborate on budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
• Extensive leadership experience in senior operations or business management roles, preferably in infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities, with capacity to influence at executive and board levels.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, change management, and implementing technology-enabled operational solutions.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred; equivalent senior-level experience will be considered.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards applicable to large infrastructure or industrial projects.
