Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead architecture decisions for distributed microservices; own uptime, latency, and resilience under load.
- Optimize critical paths in data pipelines and transaction workflows to support high-throughput fintech use-cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and QA to define spec, test coverage,



and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices — code reviews, observability, incident post-mortems.
- Contribute to platform tooling: service discovery, config management, logging, and automated health checks.
