Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. This will require frequent visits to the customer in India.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify recent business opportunities and product enhancements.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications, allowing you to effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Reporting and Analysis:



Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, OEM sales team and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market demand.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical /Mechnical/Electronics engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Condition Monitoring Domain.
• Deep Knowledge about generators, motors market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of transformers, transformer monitoring systems and their applications is a plus.
