Job Description
Fezinn Hotels is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of hotel technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, IP phones, and other hotel IT systems.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff and departments.
• Assist with server, firewall, and network device maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, and IT documentation. Requirements
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.




• Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of switches, routers, firewalls, and servers.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle daily IT operations.
• Previous experience in IT support or hotel IT operations is an advantage.

Experience:
1–2 years preferred. Candidates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
