Role Description The Production Manager – Fashion will oversee the end-to-end production process for bridalwear and pret collections, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes managing sampling and bulk production, coordinating with pattern makers, tailors, embroiderers, and vendors, and monitoring fabric, trims, and inventory requirements. The Production Manager will schedule and track orders, resolve production issues, maintain quality control at each stage, and ensure on-time deliveries for client orders and celebrity projects. The role also involves collaborating with design and merchandising teams to translate concepts into production-ready styles,



optimizing workflow, and implementing process improvements for efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong production management skills in fashion or apparel, including planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, artisans, and in-house teams for sampling, sourcing, and bulk manufacturing.
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making basics, embroidery techniques, and luxury finishing standards.
• Proficiency in quality control practices, with attention to detail in fit, fabric, embellishments, and overall craftsmanship.
• Ability to manage timelines and budgets, prioritize multiple orders, and meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with design, sales, and client-facing teams.
• Solid organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining production records and order tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Production, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in luxury, bridal, or couture segments is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site studio/atelier environment in Hyderabad.
